First of all I apologize for not updating this page more often. I came back to a promotion
after spending a month in the Philippines and southeast asia...go figure. Well this promotion has been
kicking my butt working me 50-60 hours a week but the long work hours seems to be tapering off. I've
updated this front page somewhat but still have a bunch of family tree edits to take care of. It's just
exciting to see how many Tomines' have come out of the woodworks. I also want to note that I did lose a
bunch of emails for the past 2 months so if you have any family tree edits please reforward them to me so
I can add them. All in all it's been a hectic 4 months (last edit) for me but I'll hopefully be getting
back into the swing of things. I also did add one new feature. I've added a guestbook. Please feel
free to sign it.
Welcome to the Tomines Family Website
I'd like to take this chance to welcome you all to the Tomines family website. This site has been up for
almost two years now and has continued to bring in new visitors wondering about other Tomines' around the
world. It's almost amusing to read an email that opens up "I thought we were the only Tomines in the
States" or "I didn't know there were Tomines outside of the Philippines...". As the web continues to
grow (and as long as my web hosting remains free) my hope is to continue to use this site as a medium for

6/03/03 - Welcome Celyn Tomines of Leyte, PI another new found Tomines. Thanks Jojo for directing
her to the site.
5/29/03 - Let's hear it for Vilma Tomines Marania. She will be raising money for AIDS by riding her
bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles. That's over 500 miles. You should have rode your
bike another 100 miles and visited me in San Diego :) You can check out pictures

5/28/03 - I'd also like to welcome Benny Tomines Campo who happened to find me on the net. Not sure
how we're related but he is also originally from Leyte and now lives, works and plays in
